Yes... I have unfortunately... And That's why I dislike Efrideet's Spear mostly... Nobody wants some "MLG 420 BLZ IT" "Pro"going around and OHK everybody and making them think they have skill. Which they don't. :/
I rarely if ever get killed by these things but I know it's a huge problem within Destiny...
