Efrideet's spear doesnt get enough ammo to spam final round unless the player's team is good and they have a lot of map control that allows the efrideet's spear user to get tons of special crates... which rarely happen. I use it and my spear has final round. Do I rely on it? No. I dont shoot out my bullets to abuse the perk. I still go for headshots. Final round is more of a backup plan to me, if everything else fails and I know I have one bullet in the mag, I'll go for a sneaky quickscope. Besides, not that many people snipe anyway.
