*I leave the construction site and walk to an empty grove. I warm up with several sets of push-ups and sit-ups, and then use my abilities to shift nearby objects. This completed, I scan the ground and picks up a large rock, larger than a man's chest. I stand in the middle of a ring of trees, and throw the rock into the air. I punch each of the surrounding trees several times, then kick their bases and uproot them. I return to the center of the ring, where the rock is still falling. I jump up straight at it, striking it with both hands. It shatters into many pieces.* "My physical strength isn't the problem. I need to master my powers." *I focus my energies, extending my hand towards another rock. I thrust my hand forward, and the rock and surrounding Earth tumble backward a few feet.* "That's not good enough."
