Personal gameplay preference. Some people are social. That being said.....I don't care.

Oh god yes. Why is this needed. Nightfalls and weeklies are just a little bit harder. They don't really need communication constantly. I ran 2 nightfalls with a group perfectly and we never spoke. Messaged after sayin good game etc. that's it. Once players know the strike and mobs etc you're sorted. Hell we even tried different strats just for kicks.
