I absolutely agree that Final Round is an overpowered perk that should be removed from Snipers, both from experience of playing with an against them. I don't have an opinion on Armor Piercing Rounds though, because I haven't paid much attention to it. Do you mind letting me know what exactly it is that Armor Piercing Rounds do? I've generally just ignored the perk on my weapons.
