Wonder if the perk tree will change with HoW rolling out. New perks in, old ones out?
I hope not. I've been trying to roll Sure Sight IS, Outlaw, Field Scout, & Crowd Control or Feeding Frenzy the last 2 IB's. Wasted over 150 motes in the attempt...
Don't really like the new perks that have offsetting penalties.

Just rolled the Timur's I wanted this morning. Old IB weapons still have their original perk pool.

But can the new weapons get old perks? Or is it just the old weapons?
