Tell Congress to find some way to start phasing out Social Security. I'm pretty certain that it can't be sustained forever, and that it'll keep on draining more and more money every year, so we should start to phase it out over the next few decades. Instead of people losing some of their wages/salary to fund current retirees, the money taken out of a person's paycheck could, perhaps, actually be money that the person saves up for themselves. Like a real retirement plan. Or maybe the importance of saving money for retirement could be emphasized more. At least do [i]something[/i] better.
