Yeah, that's not shoulder charge broken, that's either lag or some kind of cheat. you can't use shoulder charge without running, or from across the map. Report him, not the move.
Edit: Never mind, saw the youtube link you posted to another guy. Never heard of Shao Khan. Now I have I get it and I laughed. Enjoy my +1

I did and Bungie isn't doing anything about it. And my connection is perfect! He is also going to host the next Iron Banner and renaming it Mortal Kombat. Like seriously bungie, why let some cheater like him loose and wrecking havoc on other guardians AND have him host the next event?
