It drops from all the "challenge" PoE's I thought (32, 34, 35) - and can drop in the nightfall, as well as iron banner when it's in town.
Anyway, you will be able to buy motes of light with your SC's for rerolling gear - also exchangeable for glimmer I believe (but could be wrong)
