Hi there, I ranked up to level 1 with PETRA and still not getting the "Queen's Emissary (Grimoire Card)"

After reading the post above carefully it seems that they are checking this up. Its mentioned like this:[b] ((The Queen's Emissary card was unlocked by reaching reputation rank 1 during the Queen's Wrath event back in 2014. The pre-launch event for House of Wolves may not count towards earning the card. This matter is being investigated by yours truly.))[/b]
