What do you mean snipe arcross the map? The charge only goes like 10 feet and being immune to bullets is for the juggernaut perk, not shoulder charge. Just keep moving and putting constant damage on him.

That's a mortal kombat video. Also, im curious as to how he activates it. Ive played a titan since day one and not once has it activated instantly. Now as for immunity to bullets, yes there is some slight increase in damage resistance, it's shouldn't be a problem for most people, especially at range.
