I'm telling you, he can instantly activate it and bullets don't hurt him at all. He doesn't need to run use it. I have some gameplay to prove it.

That's a mortal kombat video. Also, im curious as to how he activates it. Ive played a titan since day one and not once has it activated instantly. Now as for immunity to bullets, yes there is some slight increase in damage resistance, it's shouldn't be a problem for most people, especially at range.
