Start a new character then Lvl it up to Lvl 8. Then go to earth and farm the blades of Croat with black wax idol on. Shouldn't take you long to get it if you do that. It is extremely hard to get it as a higher Lvl since it drops in a common orb and you can't get common orbs when you are higher. Hope this helps.
