I do agree that the sunsinger requires a lot of skill. But, but they also have the nova bomb which requires none. While both of the hunter's supers require skill. PS: I like and use both classes.

And besides ward of dawn requires most skill

Blade dancer doesn't require much skill and gunslinger requires minimal skill

Voidwalker is only a fraction of my playtime, and sunsinger is almost all of it. Just because we have one subclass that doesn't require skill, don't lump that in with all warlocks.
