Still to cheap maybe like 30 they are earned from endgame they should be earned not bought

But this DLC is all about guaranteed rewards and ease of leveling / acquiring rare things You're allowed to upgrade any legendary That's literally hundreds of etheric light you'll need

But who would want to upgrade all the legendary weapons just upgrade the ones you use
