The rest of your ideas are good except that you shouldn't have two warlock subclasses with blink and still zero for Titan. Every race should gave one subclass with blink only

The Hunter originally had that blink move but it made it too OP all together, and did you not read the Titan Jump ability description? Plus warlocks invented Blink so it only makes sense.
