Why do people say fist of panic? When I unleash the havoc I have seen you coming on the radar and have decided that you need to die before more threats arrive.
Edit: and without me taking much damage to facilitate dealing with said threats.

The only time I get one kill with my smash is when theirs only guy at heavyweight I smash it, I have heavy and don't want to loose it and stopping enemy supers

Just because its 1v1 doesn't mean it was panic... if I foh you I still have a full mag to use on the next guy, if I'm defending a point and you hide around a corner to heal I'm going to foh you to ensure I survive the encounter so that I may face the next. People who run up to a titan shouldn't expect to live.

No dude, people mash that super in 1v1 fights all the time...sometimes it seems like a reflex

It's because most use it to kill one player, they panic for one kill instead of waiting for the opportunity to get multiple so its fist of panic. Bubbles are better anyway

I have literally seen people randomly smash as I snipe at them.

hahaha, they get nervous and smash away...I used to use shockwave but the range isn't all that, I use Helm of Inmost Light for Death from Above instead and keep aftermath on

Same, I shot a guy just now and he foh'ed like 50ft away... my kind sickens me.
