So it's near the end of the year and my teacher has run out of bullshit to shove down my throat so he's showing land before time (the original)
I forgot how damn dark this movie is!
I mean, for a kids movie, this has a lot of scary images and depressing scenes/scenery.
The overall feel is scary
the story deals with orphans, starvation, and the apocalypse!
To put this in perspective. This would be like making a movie about a bunch of Tweens orphaned by nuclear war pursued by a serial killer canibal in a post-ww3 nuclear wasteland
Also, racism
Anyway, discuss.

Edited by BenjyX55: 5/18/2015 2:45:49 PMWhen I was 13 or 14, my friend and I marathoned a bunch of those movies. It was the first time I had seen them since I was about 5. I needed new sides after that. Seeing them from a teenage perspective, even early teens, was just too much.
