Error. Lost connection to partner services

This is the first time I'm getting this error message. I'm using the basic Xbox One version with the Expansion Pass. Finland, Europe.

  • I'm still seeing this as well. Its been over a week and no amount of resetting (via router or system [Xbox 360]) does the trick. Not only happening to me here in Glendale, AZ, but to my buddies as well in State College, PA. I've been either on a phone or chatting with service techs from Microsoft for over two hours now.
