Salvage card is not unlocking, is it supposed to be unlocked after first salvage match completition or after playing salvage plsylist for a while?

Something it certainly odd with your card. You definitely have played Salvage, but you don't have the card. I'll look into it, but I can't guarantee a fix or workaround.
