Stargate is returning in the form of a new movie trilogy. Roland Emmerich, the original creator, will be heading it up. I for one am stoked. I watched SG-1 sporadically whenever it was on TV when I was younger, but could never watch it in order nor in its entirety. Thankfully, all 10 seasons, along with Atlantis and Universe, can be found on Hulu, and my girlfriend and I just finished the first season. I love Star Wars, Star Trek, and Stargate, among other franchises. Reflecting on why, I feel as if exploring the universe is our [i]salvation[/i]. We waste so much time, passion, and resources on things other than advancement, learning, and exploring. Some episodes in SG-1 touch candidly on that notion, and it is a recurring theme throughout the show. Anyway, enough of that short rant; I could write pages. Anyone else a Stargate fan? Excited?
