I have to do 3/4 of a playthrough on ng++ for master of pyromancy and miracles.

That's what I'm at as well. I stupidly didn't get all the dlc spells either. I'm at 95% for all magic. The problem is that I want to play the Witcher now so I might have to put dark souls on hold.
