hi i am new to this, need everything, work hard, follow advice

hello just started playing round 2 weeks ago and am getting frustrated by not finding the right team who will stay till the end and all work hard, i have never done crota because i cant do it alone, or the vog. so please help, need to do one raid today, i had a leg opp so am on all the time. thanks stumpyblock70
