Faction Packages Are Really A Let Down Now
So just leveled up dead orbit six times, and got motes each time, surely this is a bug. Or at least I hope so. I figured things would be better post patch but no. Other than that great job on the new content I'm loving every minute of it! Thank you bungie!

I got two shaders in three packages.

Can still give motes just not shards or energy anymore.
