Are you rushing to 34 or just chillin?
Just curious. Personally I'm buying/acquiring a bunch of new armor before I level anything up. I'm gonna see what perks work with what and what looks the best before I upgrade any to 34(respect to those who hit 34 day 1). So what are the rest of you up to?

2 RepliesI'm enjoying it. Still haven't decided what I'll do with my first etheric light. Seems like they're easy to come by. Plus I can get an armor core or two each week for my chars until I'm 34, and save etheric light for weapons. I'll probably save any etheric light this week (if I get any) to see what veriks sells next week for armor, and just go from there.

6 RepliesI'm chillin'. There's no way in hell that I would ever use an Etheric LIght for Crota gear to get to 34. I'll just obtain PoE gear until I hit 34, and then I'm scrapping Crota gear. There are [i]way[/i] better uses for Etheric Light, like Fatebringer and other weapons.

I'm rushing.. I want to get ready for "trials" I'm 33 and a half.. I'm hoping when I get home from school that my warlocks NF will bless me with an Ethiric light.

Lucked out with etheric light on nightfall so I have one character 33 already

yeah I'm trying to find good armor. Gonna wait and see if anything has a better third perk than crota gear, which is only useful on Crota.

2 RepliesI have two etheric light so could get one character to 34 now but if I wait for trials and get the chest piece on 2 characters and use 1 etheric light apiece I can have 2 34's. Long story short, I'm chillin'.

I did use 1 etheric light on my vog helmet bc I love it...and used a shard on my heart of praxic fire to reach 33..so I can do the 34 PoE and save a bunch of etheric lights..might make 1 character 34 just so I can get the weapon core..I'm not grinding my ass off trying to get there..but if rng blesses me why not? Haha

I am chilling, enjoying it very much! I have been running through everything with two of my friends cos we wanted to go through the entire expansion as a solid fireteam, and one of my mates just kept on rushing ahead of us. I can't really blame though, we are all excited after all, but we need to try and ring that impatience out of him cos if he thinks he is gonna rush his way through the lvl 34 & 35 Prison of elders modes then he has got a nasty surprise coming his way XD Round 4 I hear has been causing many some problems

Okay so RNG was on my side, so I levelled my Titan up to 34, but I'm gonna chill with my Hunter and Warlock for sure!

I saw a lvl 34 in crucible yesterday at 2pm eastern time. Thats like going from lvl 32 to 34 in 4? 5 hours?

Why rush a patchwork armor set when I can build my characters armor and weapon perks around my playstyle and make the climb in a solid functional set of equipment? Just missing that warlock helmet from Vanguard...

So many ways to reach top level and no reason to rush to get there. I'll get there when I do. Definitely don't feel the same grind I did with raiding and I got to say, I really like that.

Im 33. Its crazy easy to level now anyway. Buy poe arms, ascend one exotic and you are 33.

I have a Job, 3 kids who all play sports that they need someone to take them to and dinner doesn't make or clean up itself, so even if I wanted to rush I'm stuck with Chillin.

Yeah you can take your time and decide what load out you want or you could just get to 34 quick give yourself a shot at the 35 PoE! Also getting to 34 quickly makes things a lot easier for you such as doing the PoE 34 for that etheric light, there is still plenty of time to get other gear and then decide what you want your load out to be! But for now I would rather be level 34 and that's mission accomplished because I'm already there

I'm buying a full set of vanguard gear so I can get 32 (never run a raid). Then I'll work on getting etheric light from nightfall and PoE.

3 Replieswell, unless you get lucky and the Etheric Light drops for you, there's really not much you can do (unless i'm missing something), you ascend one Exotic, then complete PoE32 to get the max light Gauntlets,....and then you need 2 Etheric Light, which is an RNG drop ...so, how exactly would you rush RNG? i am pretty sure the forums will be filled with "hey, look at ME, i am 34" posts, however we will all get there eventually. this Friday we'll have ToO, some goodies could drop from there, who knows ..anyways, keep it up, there's no reason to break a sweat for that extra level ;)
