Did you read the rest of his post? He talking about intentionally not going to 34 until he buys a bunch of the new armor to try out new looks and perks and level up his favorite then. It has nothing to do with it being easy. You are beginning to look like the idiot.

Getting to level 34 is based on RNG having Etheric light drop. So no, it's not "easy"

What if you don't get lucky with getting Etheric light? What if it takes you one month to get ONE Etheric light? Just like it took some people months to get a Gjallarhorn, and some people got it there first week of playing?
