How do you get armor? Does it drop or does it come from armor cores? Do you need to be in difficulty level 32 and up?

Armor cores. You buy armor from variks. But... Etheric light will upgrade previous armor.

And can you get armor cores from level 28 PoE or does it need to be 32 and up

32 is armor as well as 35.

One last question :) Do you have to wait for Variks to sell the armor or can the armor also drop in level 32 and up?
