Trade in vanguard commendation
The new update said we can trade in vanguard commendations for 250 rep in assorted venders. I have 13 commendation how do I trade them in? I can't quite figure it out.

You just dismantle them. Hold x with our cursor over them and it will give you the corresponding rep to the type of commendation or to a faction who's mark/bond/cape you are wearing.
