Not trying to be a dick to old platform users, but they literally had to remove the compare feature to add vault space on PS3 x360. This means two things.
1. They have no resources left to add vault space for old platforms.
2. Technically they already have "two separate versions of the game" one with and one without compare feature.

True but that's minus one feature which is probably a module that can be removed. Redesigning the whole vault system and then including support into the app for both is probably the straw that broke the developers back
