The Yellow Templar does not grant any Grimoire Card.
The missing Fallen Cards are the Fallen Mini-Bosses introduced in the Wanted-Bounties from Petra Venj. There will be more in the future.

Ok i didnt think that was worth anything but why did bungie add cards that you cant get im trying to get max but im starting to feel like this is a never ending battle
