Skolas is still alive!
The Queen captured Skolas alive and put him in a prison that can contain a disembodied soul and materialize a body for it, just like Aksor, Archon Priest.
The remaining Wolves also now have Vex technology that can travel time, they can bring him back, along with all other houses in their prime..
