Ignoring your inb4.... Space magic, dude. You have an issue with the mechanics of the space future weapons, yet don't bring anything up about how these guys can hover/fly or shoot purple energy from their hands?? Future. Space. Magic. Its not made to be plausible, but made to look cool and have fun.

  • https://yourlogicalfallacyis.com/composition-division It arguably doesn't look cool if it's mechanically wrong.

  • Except that there's lore for the game that says the Traveler used its SPACE MAGIC to alter the physical properties of the Moon, Venus, Mars, etc... Meanwhile, there is no such explanation for the concept of the elements of standard-issue firearms having misaligned parts.

  • Arguably space ships look cool, but are mechanically wrong. The millennium falcon cannot exist due to its structure and equipment, yet is one of the most recognizable and liked space vehicles in all of fictions history. And for your fallacies, the point is you are nitpicking at a game of pure fantasy and fiction. Trying to make sense and say something shouldn't work is like going to a Lord of the Rings convention and saying the one ring shouldn't exist due to the impossibility of its construction and abilities.

  • The One Ring isn't a mechanical device based on a real-world counterpart. It's an inert object explained as being imbued with dark magic. The Millenium Falcon IS a mechanical device based on real-world counterparts (extraterrestrial ships), but the design is not based on those ships through necessity. There is no such thing as a "hyperdrive", but we accept that it simply exists because the story demands it. Your analogies are... ineffective. They hold merit when compared to things like the Stranger's Rifle and Ice Breaker, but not to the weapons in question. In fact, there is no logical explanation as to why the guns are designed the way that they are. The game's lore and story certainly don't demand it, otherwise all of the weapons would be designed in this manner. Which is obviously not the case...

  • Why yes, I would like some waffles. I prefer blueberry... with pure maple syrup, thanks.

  • All I have is homestyle. The blueberry waffles were scavenged by ravenous chipmunks...
