Speaking of hawk moon, there is a guy getting one made right now as a .500 smith and Wesson. He won't be able to do the 13 round cylinder of course, but I think his gunsmith is trying for a 7 round cylinder. Can't wait to see it when he posts on the forums.

I highly doubt you could manage a 7-round capacity in any substantial caliber, but I would definitely love to see a real-steel, fully function Hawkmoon. It should be well within the realm of possibility for someone adept at crafting custom firearms.

I agree, but I'm excited to see it. I think he'll end up doing the usual 5 round one that come factory. Also, the guy was tossing around the idea of a .357 mag so he could mix .38 specials into the cylinder to mimic the lucky round perk. Lol. That would be fun and may allow for a larger mag.
