Actually it is an exclusive area to the players who go flawless, get good don't worry about lighthouse if you suck at pvp period.

for now, bungie uses everything in this game more than once and the light house is no exception. and to everyone who say get gud i get a dollar mainly because of the silly over use of it. i'm not too woried about the light house as its a small piece of a much larger problem
