When you spawn in, turn to your right and head all the way over to the area where you had to jump onto those pipes in order to get the ghost. You'll see a door is open in that area within which you will find Xur. EDIT 2: Just got Eternal Warrior & Celestial Nighthawk--so awesome. Also got upgraded Glasshouse, LBN, Apotheosis Veil, Obsidian Mind & Skullfort. Pretty cool start to the weekend I say.
