What are your sales to date? And what are your margins?
-
It was selling at about 69 per week last month, now it's up to 100 a week so far this month. It costs from ¢50-$2 to make, depending on the size of the order, the more we order the less it costs per toy. Each toy is sold at $7.50, taking in to consideration how much the stored get per toy sold, I get 3 dollars from each toy.
-
Hmmm. I'll make you an offer. 200,000K for 30% of the business, and I get a royalty of 25% off of each you sold for perpetuity.

It seems i have not come entirely prepared... What is royalty in terms of products/companies?
-
It basically means you give me 30% of the profit gained on each item (toy in this instance)
It's a deal! Thank you so much. I look forward to working with you in the future.
