BUNGIE: You Messed Up with Trials Passages

It would be nice if our passage cards with accumulated wins didn't just vanish immediately the clock turned so we could at least get a chance to turn them in.
I was with a team and we were doing good, Swept 3 teams in a row to start and as we were loading the 4th match we noticed that our trials passages were WIPED CLEAN
really?!?
That's just evil.
I figured either a message would pop up saying we couldn't continue playing the trials using the passage from the previous week or we'd be allowed to finish it off if we had already started it before the weekly reset, but noooooooooooo.
Just gets wiped while you're in the middle of a match soon as the clock turns.
Like I said...that's just evil...............

Bungie gave a fair warning that the cards would reset at the weekly reset. I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but it's entirely possible to get the same amount of wins, if not more, next time.

It's the same as having a raid checkpoint after reset it shouldn't happen you should know the time and shouldn't start a game near reset its your fault not bungies.

I've seen a lot of complaints about this on here. I didn't get a chance to participate in Trials last week, but I'm kind of glad I didn't try now. I complete a lot of bounties and put the system up for the night to cash out the next day and get new ones. Sounds like with Trials you have to turn it in ASAP unlike the system we're used to or they will wipe the card. I don't believe many people knew about this unless they were following every word Bungie said across it's decentralized ways of communicating. Sorry to hear you got screwed so bad.

3 RepliesThey have stated multiple times on twitter to make sure you finish and or do not start another passage nearing late Monday... it's your fault it happened not theirs. Thst doesn't fix the fact that I do indeed fell bad that you didn't get to finish

1 ReplySame here. Our 5-1 was reset and we ended 3-3. We deserve the reward for 7 wins. It is reasonable to assume that if the game continues to matchmake, it is allowing you to continue your run. There is no thought or reason to why it should reset. We ultimately closed out our run with 3 losses anyway - why arbitrarily deny our wins from the SAME run?? Not how you treat the expectations of your devoted fans, especially ones that really put hours and hours of sweat into trying to earn those rewards.

Same here, we had 6-1 on the sheet, didn't realise the time. It would be better if the trials just ended abruptly before reset, booted us to orbit and told us to go claim our prize about 10-15 mins before reset. RIP prizes :(

10 RepliesYea I was disappointed to find that after I got back on today after experiencing internet issues yesterday to find my Trials was wiped. I had 6-1 and worked hard for that. (spent passage coins on all three things) when it comes to PvP I already don't like destiny in the fact of uneven classes (with warlocks being most OP) and doesn't help that everyone is packing instant kill weapons all the time. I even deal with lag spikers. -.- My favorite are Warlocks with OP weapons lag spiking lol. Like really how cheap and unskilled can someone be lol.

Yep my team was 8-0 and just started the 9th match when reset wiped it all away and one of our guys couldn't get the chest piece he was working for because of it.

Like I said...that's just evil...............[/quote] You could not be more right, i literally got my 9th win exactly at reset and when headed out literally a minute later to go claim my rewards and buy the things from vendor..... Guess!! Big Fat Nada! This is incredibly stupid and they should definitely think a compromise, because is not like we will get unlimited stuff out of that until we do it again. At least give us like an extra 10 minutes to finish up business.
