There is literally 0 reason I should do my nightfall for the components of a legendary weapon reroll. That's absolute crap, update your incentives system Bungie, what a lazy pass through that has me just [i]slightly peeved[/i]
[spoiler]Received an awful Vanguard Fusion Rifle from second Nightfall run through, sure it was simple, just not Mote of light and 3 Weapon parts simple. [/spoiler]
[u]THINK ABOUT IT, Weekly Heroic: 9 Strange coins (which equates to about 4 motes of light the nightfall should drop BETTER items than the weekly) [/u]

Bungie should remove all loot drops from Nightfall, only leave XP boost, faction rep and blue flaming head.

Heroic endgame or nightfall endgame?? ... Yea NIGHTFALL DOES DROP BETTER ITEMS.

2 RepliesThat's stupid. If you got a bad weapon, that isn't bungie's fault. I would prefer a fusion rifle to 4 motes of light. And If you get legendary engrams, they could just as easily decrypt into shards. You are rolling for a random piece of gear at the end, there is no benifite to rolling an engram, taking it to the cryptarch, and then rolling again to get shards or another bad weapon.

Ok so an engram would just roll for a weapon the same way a legendary weapon is chosen and you can reroll legendary nightfall drops and engram gear. I'm not really seeing an improvement or any change to the final outcome of the drop
