Ok, so no hate or complaining intended, but seriously? How do some of these scrubs get flawless? I played all week and was getting rekt by team after team of fully decked out Osiris geared players. I played with a couple people who had the flawless achieved already and they were all HORRIBLE... How does this happen? How can the worst players be the ones to get flawless?
I don't claim to be anything but average at PVP, but I know I am better than about half the people I seen with adept weapons or the emblem. Did they ALL get carried? Anyone with insight is welcome to share.

Next weekend forums "need 2 for trials, equipped exotic emblem only" lol
-
I had a game where there was no enemy team so was an automatic win.

Got to 8-0 last night with friends last night. We were ahead on a decent team for match 8, I think it was 4-2. At the start of the fourth round, my friends router crashes, and we all lose flawless. So heartbreaking. Got to 7 wins again but then reset wiped my passage. Didn't have coins for buffs :-(

How to get to the lighthouse as a scrub Step 1 - go to twitch Step 2 - go to any channel which says: 'helping people out to get to the lighthouse!' Step 3 - cri like a casual and wait. Step 4 - play trials with people like triplewreck, giggle-monster etc. step 5 - don't do -blam!-ing shit and still go flawless. Step 6 - go to the lighthouse Step 7 - get emblem. Step 8 - start bashing on people who actually are trying themselves and have your trials KD but then tripled Step 9 - wait till everyone finds out you are a scrub Step 10 - well done. You are an official trials noob.

This.

It all comes down to team chemistry everyone's trying to find ransoms do go flawless with. I only went flawless when I played with guys i run skirmish with frequently. We know how we play we know how to make up for what the others lack. If u did go flawless with randoms I tip my hat you are tight.

Edited by Zoop: 5/26/2015 6:24:41 PMA friend of mine had 3 teams quit on him at the start of the match in a single run, 2 of those the same team. I cant imagine a team just quitting after getting scared of a loadout or something, it counts as a loss, why not try? So i think he encountered a team that was going for a 9-0 but already got a loss so they decided to give away 2 free wins before starting over. Or something like that. Last night i tried to get a flawless for the last time, didnt have enough coins for the doubling bounty so when i hit 8-0 my fireteam was already at 9-0. It would be just my luck to lose that round while my friends parade around with their exotic emblem. Luckily my last round was also a quitting team. Got there easily that run. The sixth win or so was also a quitting team. So including the free win buff, that was already 3 easy wins.

I got there by the help of two bomb ass teammates! You mad?????
-
Once I got flawless I was less concerned with being the best. I was doing it for fun, and not to win, if that puts it into perspective for why some flawless lost to you.
-
Yes, many many many people got carried through.
-
me and another guy in my clan carried a teammate there Sunday night. They didn't get a kill until our 6th win. (Revives and assists obviously but no kills till then). Was pretty funny.
-
I've yet to lose to someone with a flawless emblem and I truly wonder how most of them even got 5 wins..

So many people have gotten carried through trials and than when I see their emblem on control or salvage they are at the bottom of the leaderboards.
-
Looks like you're the scrub if you couldn't get flawless...

Some who struggle in regular crucible might have found the elimination format more suited their style. They might have had a team where the whole was greater than the sum of its parts. They might have been carried slightly by two excellent players. Whatever happened, it happened. The only exception would be cheaters who I hope get banned from the game entirely. What I found was that it was far better to have three players who understood tactics, positioning and communication, rather than those who can run around in a clash or control match picking up lots of kills. Gun skills only count for so much in Trials in my opinion.

I've got it three times two times with the same team we play PvP together all the time and one time with some other ppl I play with sometimes it isn't hard if you got a team where everybody can get kills and know what they're doing
-
It can be all about luck half the time. When i got my flawless i won all 9 games back to back but when i later tried to help friends through 4 groups backed out giving us automatic wins. Also the match up of groups can either help or screw u I lost one card because i was matched with a group that had three ppl fully completed on all their characters.

My exotic Trials of Osiris emblem is a testament to my friends' skill in the Crucible.
-
Probably thorn fags

Must have been lucky with their match ups. Seen people with the emblem in regular crucible no one has been any good.

Their teammates carried them?
