The Lighthouse Argument

The lighthouse being available to flawless Osiris tickets is fine, I'm totally cool with this system. It should be difficult and want to make you strive to become better. Bungie isn't just tailoring to the elite and giving handouts. You have to earn the right to enter and claim those rewards. If you think otherwise then why don't we just do away with the whole system and all you need to do is buy a ticket to get access to Osiris awards. Hell why don't we just give the tickets away and you just get an Osiris package with all of the new items. I mean why should we have to earn them right?

Edit; straw man argument lel But nah, my argument to change the Trials would only be for Bungie to bring back their ranking system as seen in Halo 2-3 and bring matchmaking along with it. Bad kids match with bad kids. The top pvpers with the top pvpers. It's literally the only way to make this game mode fair and competitive. My other issue lies with Bungie roping off content players paid for. I would think matchmaking would be standard for most game modes- that players shouldn't go outside the game to play it. Also that Trials only being available on the weekend screws those who work the weekend. (And no, just because you were able to do it doesn't mean everyone can) That's it. The 9-0 is fair but Bungie needs to make it more AVAILABLE is all. And I'd think that's a pretty fair think to ask for considering people have paid for the content.
