No. The Chiappa Rhino has a false hammer. It acts as a manual cocker, not in the same sense as a traditional hammer. Which given the animations in Destiny, does not appear to be the way the hand cannons work. Especially when looking at something like The Last Word, which given its unique animations, appears to function much the same as a standard single-action revolver. The remaining hand cannons in Destiny appear to be double action.
