No they are the most powerful. Especially for the stupid Fist of Havoc that every one uses to take out one person

ARE YOU KIDDING ME. The fist of panic is probably the scrubiest super in the game. The Titan realizes he's not good enough to win the gunfight so he just uses it to get the free kill. It's very stupid. If you try using anyone of the other supers while during a firefight you will die no matter what
