OK, so i'm a scrub and don't know how to upload an image but trust me this is legit. while I was going back through the Skolas missions I found a blue house of judgment token lying on the ground in a small cave. its located in the first HoW mission right after you beat the devil walker, you follow the path and it takes you to a ledge you have to jump up on, look to your left and you will see a small opening in the wall, and its right inside on the floor.
