Do you like the new weapon perks?
I personally hate all the new weapon perks except for hidden hand. So what's your opinion.

I like the ones that give you a bonus but take away from something I think that was a pretty good idea

Icarus would be a decent perk if they didn't shaft Angel of Light by having it last for all of 1 second.
