Vestian Dynasty & Hobgoblins
Anyone else notices that Vex Hobgoblins do NOT put up their shields when being hit / shot at with Vestian Dynasty sidearm?
The Dynasty is NOT disabling their shields, they are simply NOT enabling them when receiving any damage from this sidearm.
I have tested this in a fire team and with other Arc weapons (since Vestian Dynasty is Arc) and it seems to be specific to Dynasty itself.
This is either by design or Hobgoblins do not respond to being hit by sidearms and since there is only one sidearm available at this time I cannot narrow it down any further...

2 RepliesI haven't seen this in action but if it's true it's likely to be a bug due to the sidearm being a brand new class of weapons. It's likely that they haven't configured Hobgoblins to recognise this new class of weapons. Won't probably be fixed in a while but good spot :)
