Yes, that's exactly what evolution is. The problem being, evolution requires millions of years and a massive, diverse gene pool for mutations to take place in. Then those mutations have to be found either passive or useful. Natural selection kills off the more hindering mutation and the stronger more useful live on. This couldn't happen if 2 people were the beginning of it all. Not to mention Adam and Eve were supposed to exist 6000 years ago. That's not even close to enough time for evolution.
