Ok let me tell you where you went wrong with your post. 1. Fatebringer is not OP at all in anything, it's just one of the best legendary hand cannons you can obtain by doing hard VoG. The perks don't need to e changed at all since that's what makes it the "Fatebringer" 2. Gjallarhorn would just be another regular rocket if it wasn't as powerful as it it. Also, easy to obtain it? Not so much. A load of people (even day one guys) don't have it yet, although Rngesus has blessed my shit with three of 'em. 3. Felwinters Lie is the only one of its kind, but yet it shoots slow, has very awesome impact an the range sucks unless you have the perks. Now, you can reforge it to get other perks as well. There are other shotguns out there that have better range, rate of fire, reload, etc. and you can get those with all range perks as well. Now, you're right about thorn, as it is the most OP gun in the crucible. I agree that the burn on it should last shorter as well. It just need it's impact or something.
