Someone as organized and well spoken as OP would make an amazing Clan leader.

Not only that, but there are dozens of threads with hundreds of posts filled with passionate, articulate and heartfelt reasons why people want in game matchmaking and lfg sites don't work for them... He can't respond to or answer any of them and when he finally speaks it's [i] start a clan if you want to play[/i]. What?????

I spent an hour trying to MM for PoE 34 because my clan mates don't like playing PoE. An hour of my life wasted wouldn't have been wasted if we had OMM in game.

I dont think OP wants to be a clan leader. He wants to play endgame activities with matchmade teamates like many others of us. We currently use lfg sites because we have to but we dont like it and wish the game had optional matchmaking for these activities.

Many Guardians have issues with the amount of time it takes to form a group and Optional MM is the solution. i Understand your Philosophy but as Men and Women we make mistakes and learning from those mistakes in turn betters our reality. to add further if your philosophy truly is about making it challenging to group with players why even have MM at all in the game? the challenging part of the game should not come from forming groups but from actually playing the game. please consider changing the Philosophy into one that allows All types of Guardians to enjoy the game that we paid for without have to work some more before doing so.

I looked through some of deejs posts once and from what I saw, it's all fluff. I barely saw any helpful information posted into the forums from him but instead there's always a cheap answer to misdirect from the original point of the post. So far I've been quite disappointed by it

Deej is a fluffer that's all. He's not paid to help, he's paid to misdirect and advertise ways for bungie to do as little as possible. Leaving it for the community to fill in the gaps. Its a common business model corporations use to save $. Create a demand let die hards work their butts off for free to make experience more favorable. !!$$!! Bonus time !!$$!!
