While I agree that an in game lfg would be helpful, you are completely wrong about all content being jump, shoot, cover etc. All high level content(hard raids, lvl 34-35 poe) requires a cohesive team to complete. Hard Raids have no res, hard crota if one person dies whole team dies from oversoul. Detainment fields drop in hard atheon if player is jumping its instant death. Also no chalice in hard crota so no health regen.Qodron vex gatelord summons detainment field which can only be destroyed by the guardian who killed eye of qodron. Finding eye of qodron requires team communication because it can spawn anywhere on map. I could go on for hours on differences that require a communicating team. At some point ingame lfg or optional mm will be added. I say use the means we have at the moment to form new friendships and complete max level content with a memorable group....hope you find a good core team you can depend on.
