You do have the right to experience all the content now. Just because you do not have the skills doesn't mean it needs to be given to you.
Quit your bitching, go practice, and get yourself there. It is much more rewarding to earn something than to be given it.

I agree. I'm not very good at PvP but managed to get 5 wins. If I never get there that's fine by me just means I gotta get better.
